Mandatory Handbook Acknowledgment
All families are required to review the 2025–2026 Parent & Student Handbook and complete the Student & Family Handbook Acknowledgment Form.
This acknowledgment serves as confirmation that parents/guardians and students understand and agree to abide by the policies, procedures, and expectations outlined in the Handbook and the Student Code of Conduct.
Completion of this form is mandatory for every enrolled student. Failure to submit the acknowledgment may affect your child’s continued enrollment and participation in school activities.
