Mandatory Handbook Acknowledgment

All families are required to review the most recent edition of the Parent & Student Handbook and School-Parent Compact and complete the Acknowledgment Form.

This acknowledgment serves as confirmation that parents/guardians and students understand and agree to abide by the policies, procedures, and expectations outlined in the Parent & Student Handbook, the Student Code of Conduct, and the School-Parent Compact

Completion of this form is mandatory for every enrolled student. Failure to submit the acknowledgment may affect your child’s continued enrollment and participation in school activities.
